What?
DORMY has leased a Ghost Kitchen with the vision to create an omnichannel culinary experience that will allow for the surrounding community to not only learn about regional, sustainable, and seasonal food via social media, but viewers will also be able to order the dishes we prepare through apps such as Doordash, UberEats, etc.
Participants will co-locate over the course of ~6 months to collectively launch the kitchen and social media presence, as well as associated pop ups, catering, etc.

Who? // Why?
We are recruiting individuals currently enrolled in online MBA and Masters in Hospitality programs, film school students, as well as recent culinary school graduates to join our inaugural cohort. For the culinary school graduates, the opportunity is to leapfrog low pay // low creative control, to equity and autonomy (in teams of course). For the online MBA and hospitality students, the value proposition is above and beyond a simulation, it is a real world profit making opportunity to join the hospitality industry. Our film school students are able to not only gain a strong piece for their portfolio, but also earn money concurrently — all while eating well and living in community.
All participants will share the profit equally.
